EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A RIESLING

Not every good story begins with a wine - but many do! For example, with this delicate fruit bomb. From a steep location, for steep summer nights. Green apple, citrus fruit and pineapple meet in the bar and order a herbal schnapps... Riesling, of course!

 

FITS

A smooth operator that dances lightly with chicken, salad, fish and vegetables.

 

VINIFICATION

Steep slopes on sandy soils from the highest vineyard in the Palatinate, that's where I come from. Harvested when fully ripe, cold fermented, stored on the fine yeast until spring. Boom!

FIFTY SHADES OF GRAUBURGUNDER

Shaded, not shady. The grapes of this smooth powerhouse Pinot Grigio have seen a lot of sun and have developed depth in the process. Every sip makes you want more! Hang in there until the grapes are fully ripe. Then there are honeydew melon, apricot and floral notes in the glass.

 

FITS

Lucky for you! As an opulent white wine, it goes creamily with meat dishes and strong vegetables.

 

VINIFICATION

Grown on south-facing slopes in Württemberg, the grapes have soaked up more sun than any Mallorca holidaymaker. After an extended maceration period, they are gently pressed and then carefully vinified. Voilà!

WHITE WHITE BABY WEISSBURGUNDER

This Pinot Blanc is like a fresh wake-up call after a sluggish day at work, with a strong, fruity character. Its scent of lime and hints of grass mint and green apple are reminiscent of culinary daydreams.

 

FITS

A congenial partner for tender braised chicken, trout, salmon and all seafood, and when it comes to vegetables, it goes particularly well with asparagus.

 

VINIFICATION

Nourished by mineral soils, organically cultivated

and well cared for, the wine matures partially in oak barrels until it is finally harmonized. Dry matured!

A Pinot Grigio from Veneto? Sunny grapes are crushed, chilled in stainless steel tanks and then bottled as a super fresh white wine with apple and citrus vibes!

ALWAYS SUNNY SAUVIGNON BLANC

A caress for the spoiled tongue. The crystal clear, light yellow color is reminiscent of a mountain lake with morning dew. The aromas of fruity ripe gooseberries fight for supremacy with the dominance of white pepper.

A balanced mineral texture, paired with perfect acidity, rounds off the harmony harmoniously. 

 

FITS

This sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc also enjoys culinary accompaniment. Sea food, white meat from turkey and veal, but also fresh salads with avocado and peppers are congenial playmates.

 

VINIFICATION

Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine variety that is widespread throughout the world and is one of the most widely consumed white wines (after Chardonnay). Our vine enjoys the sunny slopes of the southern Palatinate growing areas. The secret of its nature also lies in the fact that special minerals are added to it even on slate soils.

VINIFICATION

Sent from the rolling hills of Württemberg, this, excuse me, fairytale-like treat was vinified. Zweigelt & Muskattrollinger, gently destemmed and left on the mash for many hours. Cold fermented for a floral aroma.

No one will forget a good meal paired with a strong berry wine in a hurry. From the sun-drenched hills of Apulia and pressed in deep rock cellars, this Primitivo is the hit of the evening - or the whole night!

 

FITS

A great accompaniment to braised roast, BBQ, lamb and pizza, but also cheese. A filled glass of red wine next to a medium steak in the candlelight is like a declaration of love.

 

VINIFICATION

He loves the ethereal soil of sand, clay and silt and enjoys the cool, slightly damp sea breezes that blow over it at night. Matured in steel vats and then bottled and stored, his aromas are harmonized.
