We were bored of the complicated world of wine, and want to make it more fun and easy! At "Young Poets," we’re not just working with top young winemakers; we’re celebrating the art of winemaking. From nurturing the vines to aging the wine in barrels, we’re all about elevating the craft - but making it accessible to people in a fun and easy way.
Our process has a dash of cheeky spirituality—we’re always striving for the best! Our wines must hit every note on the flavor scale, from top to bottom.
We offer our customers fine wines to savor, and for every bottle sold, we contribute to a cause close to our hearts: getting kids excited about reading through the Stiftung Lesen. Each bottle sold supports this mission, helping to ignite young imaginations. We’ve already handed over our first check!

We want to open the wine world to new things!
Our wine story began in 2019 with a young wine poet from a venerable winemaking family and with a few hundred bottles, designed with a new label design. The look of the label itself is intended to convey fun and joy.
Everything happens for a Riesling and 50 Shades of Grauburgunder stimulate the imagination and lead to little stories – and many good stories begin with a good glass of wine - and not a salad.
After a short time we were sold out - and surprised by the demand. So we kept on going.
We want to show that you can also try new things. That's why each year we are adding new award-winning winemakers. Young winemakers - aka our young poets - who thrive for outstanding wine, craftsmanship and eager to change the world of wine.
We celebrate the different facets of wine and people and are breaking new ground!

We produce our wines according to the maxim “we have only borrowed the world from our children”.
After a one-year certification phase, our young poet Christoph Kern has been producing our wines sustainably since 2019 and has also awarded this with the “FAIR and GREEN” seal.
Following the principle of strong sustainability, we always optimize our wine production under ecological, economic and social aspects.
GOOD WINE THAT DOES GOOD
It is important to us to bring the written word closer to children again. There is more imagination behind every word than images from the digital world can offer.
The culture of literature must also be carried forward by the next generation and is the basis of all our work.
We support the "Stiftung lesen eV" (Reading Foundation). It is committed to helping those who have not always had it easy in life. This gives more young people a chance to take another step forward in their lives.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
WITH LOVE
The love for the product begins with the selection of the grapes. The grape harvest and pressing are monitored with careful eyes.
The label design of the bottle shows the designer's very personal signature. On the back, the characters of the contents are described so sensitively that the receptors in the mouth start working as soon as you read it.
The box is also decorated with loving sayings and underlines the uniqueness – we are simply different – maybe even a little crazy!
